Geckoid

During the summer, the Sleeping Karkadon Tavern is often invaded by geckoids that climb the walls. Sometimes gamblers catch these geckoids and place them on the slick marble pillar at the center of the Tavern.
Gamblers place bets on the geckoids, as they try to climb toward the ceiling and freedom, occasionally slipping down as they go.[1]
